SuperMeeting Success!

Last month, YELLO Equipment™ and Preston Rentals US all came together for a meeting that was, in keeping with our Preston Rentals’ product line, ‘Super’!  

22 staff attended the two-day event held at Preston Rentals’ new facility in Denver. The theme was transition, with both businesses currently going through a period of transformation in terms of their products, properties, and staff. Attendees were introduced to our new product line of cranes and learned more about the goals of realigning regions with properties and increasing staff.  

With our North American presence now well-established and continuing to grow, the SuperMeeting was also an opportunity for staff to connect and build camaraderie. With several branches spanning considerable territory, for some this was an opportunity to meet those they had only worked with remotely and helped better cultivate a sense of being a team. Dinner at the ViewHouse in Littleton on the first day also afforded more team building and bonding opportunities.  

Highlights of the meeting included outlining the 3-year business plan for Preston Rentals and collaborating with the team on systems and processes. Staff also received training on cranes, decks, and ChekRite.   

Great feedback on the event was received, with many relishing the opportunity to see everyone in the flesh. With the goal of continuing to expand our US presence, more SuperMeetings in future will be an integral part of cultivating the culture of Preston Rentals and YELLO Equipment™.
