Aligning our robust loading platforms with luxury on Sydney’s Hyde Park may, at first, seem far-fetched. However, The Residences, Hyde Park, by Hutchinson Builders is finding a perfect match in the Superdeck system.

This existing high rise building in Sydney’s CBD, requires the existing structure to be stripped and for the un-wanted material to be removed efficiently and quickly. Hutchinson Builders are then required to add extra levels to the structure, and complete the fit out of the building.

The project is based on a tight time frame, reasonable budget constraints, and of course, a tight working environment.

Hutchinson Builders “went with what they know”, according to Michael Petracca, General Foreman on the project. “From Preston Group we expect great service, on time delivery of equipment and the right resources for the job, and that’s what we get”, he says.

The supply of Superdeck retractable loading platforms is allowing Michael and Hutchinson Builders to strip multiple floors at one time. As the project progresses the prompt delivery of Superdeck units to site will continue to allow the same multiple floors to have the fit-out materials delivered safely, efficiently and with minimum crane usage.
