David Serg joined the Preston Group in 2008, bringing over 20 years management experience across a variety of sectors including storage & transport, construction, and property.

In 1989 he started a crane hire company with Trevor Edmonds (the current Group Commercial & Operations Manager) and then sold the business to NCS.

David went on to becoming a senior executive with the Millers Storage Group and founding his own consulting and management company. Since 2004 David has consulted to or managed over 50 businesses throughout Australia and Asia.

Key Management Responsibilities & Objectives:
•          Oversees all aspects of the group operations
•          Establish the organisation’s goals, objectives and ensure their delivery as per the business plan
•          Achieve financial sustainability through the development of new business opportunities

He has been instrumental in guiding the Preston group through a re-engineering of its operations, sales & marketing, repositioning through an extensive brand enhancement, and geographic expansion to incorporate Australia wide coverage.

He is also a highly valued member of the Preston Advisory Board.
